Red Meat.

Although I do not eat a lot of red meat, I did enjoy most of the dishes we produced.  The hanger steaks that we did on  the grill we my favorite.  I didn’t like that burgers as much.  Mine was still raw in the middle when I took it off the first time.  I think that they should have been a little smaller.  I did like how we put them on english muffins, it was different.  I didn’t get a chance to taste the ribs, but they smelt really good and everyone else said they were yummy!!!

Before lab, I had never tasted schnitzel.  I really liked how it was thin and coated with the panko bread crumbs.  Those bread crumbs make everything soooo delicious.  Overall, I think that the lab went well.  Except, for clean up.  We got a little side tracked and almost ran out of time.

I am excited for the fish test, but a little nervous that I have 2 weeks off.  I guess I’ll have to buy a round fish and practice my fillets.
