Flat Fish.

I thought that the round fish was better than the flat fish. To me, it tasted very different.  I thought that it was easier to fillet the flat fish, but maybe because it was already scaled and gutted.  Anyway, I thought that it was pretty cool how you could peel the skin off and you didn’t really have to fight with the knife.

I really liked the shrimp cocktail and the shrimp scampi, they were delicious.  On the other hand, I didn’t like the scallops too much.  The have a very strange texture, which I find unpleasant.

I wish that we would have gotten to do the salmon.  Salmon is my favorite fish and I love it sooo much.  Especially in SUSHI!!!!!   Overall, I think that I liked the ways we prepared the round fish and its taste better than the flat fish.

I can’t wait for salad and soup!! There are so many possibilities.
