Round Fish.

I thought that cooking the fish was really exciting.  I must say that I had never fabricated a fish before, I always had my dad do it.  We go camping in the summer and go fishing off of our boat.  In lab, I was the only person that said they fished, it was embarrassing!

On the other hand, the striped bass was delicious!!!!  My favorite cooking method was the pan fried with the panko breadcrumbs.  My second favorite was the sauteed fish with browned butter.

I never knew that fish sticks came almost “pre-cut” for you.  Oh, and I also didn’t know that you had to cut out the gills so that the stock wasn’t gray.  I thought that getting to cut out the guts of the fish was a great learning experience and pretty cool.

Is flat fish much different than flat fish?
